Youth Observer Program
Youth leadership and enterprise is a key focus for Harbord Financial Services Limited and we are working to develop a local Youth Observer Program for local young people to have a say on local projects and local issues. Development of this initiative is based on the successful Youth Observer Program operating in throughout the Bendigo Community Bank networks.
This experience will give an invaluable insight into the running of a small public company, and learning about the different roles that comprise a working Board. Participation in business planning, sponsorship commitments, promotions, interstate conferences and community events, are some of the opportunities Youth Observers will experience in their time with Harbord Financial Services Ltd.
